The major rollout of Goa Online covers a demographic spread across two Districts and 12 Talukas, an initiative of the Department of Information Technology, Goa, under the e-District Mission Mode Project (MMP) as part of the National e-Governance Program (NeGP), with the Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY), Government of India (GoI), serving as the Nodal Department. For implementation, Info Tech Corporation of Goa Ltd (ITG) is appointed as the State Designated Agency (SDA), and Goa Electronics Limited is the Implementation Agency for the project.
Goa Online provides information services to citizens, businesses, entrepreneurs, and other Government agencies in an effective, efficient, and user-friendly manner, offering a range of services on a single-window platform accessible anytime, anywhere. Seamlessly integrated with Digilocker, online payment facilities, and CSCs across the state of Goa. Goa Online offers a wide spectrum of services catering to various areas, including G2C, G2B, and G2G.
