Repairs/Servicing of computer systems & other peripherals
This is the core area of our company. GEL has undertaken the contract for the repairs and servicing of computers of various government departments like:

· Directorate of Settlement & Land Records
· Collectorate of North Goa
· Inspectorate of Factories & Boilers
· State Directorate of Craftsmen & Training (ITI)
· Commissioner of Commercial Taxes
· Directorate of Social Welfare
Supply of computers and other peripherals
Our company is involved in the supply of computers, printers, UPS and other consumable items like floppies, CDs, ink cartridges, ribbons, etc. to various government departments depending upon their requirements. The company has also started IT store at EDC Patto complex for the sale of these products to general public on retail basis.
Call Centre
GEL has started a call centre on behalf of Public Works Department – Division III to track out the complaints received from the general public regarding the supply of water and any other problems related to supply of water by Public Works Department. GEL provides these queries to PWD and functions all 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.
