Dealer Level Registration
Features
l Any Dealer – Any RTO: Any dealer can register any vehicle with any of the RTOs depending on the residence of the applicant.
l Registration data capturing at the Dealer level:Complete data of the applicant is collected at the dealer end, which is available for reference at the RTO.
l Provision to enter complete stock of vehicles at the dealer site:The system also provides facility to manage the complete stock of vehicles at the dealer site.
l Inspection approval is done on the system at RTO or at Dealer Site : On updating the stock at the dealer level the system calls for the online inspection of the vehicles by the concerned RTO official at the dealer site itself.
l Availability of Registration number choice at the Dealer Site: All the choice numbers are also available at the Dealer end
l Provision to collect complete fee of registration at the Dealer Site: The system facilitates the collection of all fees of registration.
l Provision for Authorization at two levels i.e Inspector and ADT: Since the system is a workflow based architechture there are levels of Authorization to ensure proper flow of the document and information.
